Kid Rock is ticked off at ticket scalpers. The Detroit rocker is miffed that ducats for his sold out shows, including a big birthday bash at Motown’s massive Ford Field, which sold out in 19 minutes, are being re-sold for profit.
“I try my hardest to keep my ticket prices low,” Rock said. “This I have control of. I cannot control the scalpers or all the secondary websites that get them (tickets).”
Well, the irony is that Rock’s website includes links to Ticketsinventory.com, which describes itself as a ‘source for premium tickets at great prices.”
Not that Rock should be on top of everything but if you’re going to speak out about an issue, perhaps you should know what the people that are handling your career and website are doing.
